Charmaine brings more than 40 years of business experience and a strong foundation in Political Science, History, and Paralegal Studies. She has served her community through nonprofit board leadership, CASA volunteer advocacy and educational leadership with P.E.O. Her experience and servant leadership help guide the mission of Strategic Mentoring Network.

Shemetta brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations, with expertise in administration organizational leadership, and relationship building. An ordained minister and former Executive Director of a Potter's Bible Institute annex campus, she has also served in board leadership and higher education. She holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, the Interdenominational Center, and Gospel Ministry Outreach Theological Institute, reflecting her lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and learning.
